In 2010, Pavel Morozov started a Property Management Company servicing Mortgage Default industry throughout the State of Florida. Properties were maintained, preserved, repaired and sometimes even rebuild. Due to large inventory of foreclosures at that time, roofs had to be tarped while the industry was on hold. Pavel has received extensive experience with roofing, renovation & construction of residential properties. Pavel is a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor and a Florida Certified Residential Contractor.
